Happy December!

Ok, this week may be lighter on the posts-HUGE project due on Thursday...

I'll leave a quote for today (since you know I am QUITE a fan of them)!

There is only one thing more painful than learning from experience,
and that is not learning from experience.
— Archibald MacLeish

Today, I am grateful for: days between me and my project due date, a little break at one of my favorite charities' holiday party and my fiance coming, friends, fam and God

Mwah!

No prob-Mary is AMAZING! She was the one I wrote about the other day and my roommate from Denmark. I'm jealous you live in the same town! ;)

Ohh same here..lazy Sunday on my lap top for sure. Yeah I don't have a juicer either, I would like one though...but it would have to be a gift! Those things can get pricey. So I just eat vegetables lol. Far from raw..but I've been doing well so far. Have cut out a lot of pop (soda) though. I think that's a decent start!! =)

OH! I forgot to share a snack with you that helps out our intestinal difficulties lol. I put frosted mini wheats in a bag and take them to class with me and just eat them dry. The strawberry kind is really good too and there's lots of fiber in them. I almost like them more without the milk. Just thought you could try that if you don't already eat them =)

Sounds good. Yeah, I rarely drink soda (although I did today at the charity event, lol)and even cut out VitaminWater-lots of extra sugar and calories and I don't even think it's that great for you. Mostly stick to water and a little skim milk.

The frosted wheat is a good one...hadn't thought of that! Thanks!

Back to work...
