This is pretty random, but every year when PARADE magazine comes out with The World's Worst Dictators, I have been intrigued.
And every year I am amazed by what some people do to SO many others that are under their rule-nothing and I mean nothing is out of the picture. It's really hard to fathom, living in the good ol' US of A. We complain about so much here and our government and this and that but look at what these people endure on a daily, sometimes hourly, basis. It really puts things into perspective and makes me pray for the world. There is so much to do and so little time!
Today, I am grateful for: living where I do, a wonderful morning to play at Crate and Barrel before the store opens!, friends, family and God.

Amen to that! It really takes a little time looking around to realize how good we have it.
Thanks for the lovely message. I should have an update regarding the book sometime in the next week, so here's hoping the good news hits asap.
Oy, I could go on and on, on a big giant tirade about this but I won't. I'll just say, I agree completely.
Dee-knew you would!
Thanks Maria!
