Suggestions Please!

Confession: Since the wedding (like a lot of brides), I have been subpar when it comes to working out. I haven't been able to get back into it and since we moved to a different part of town, I had to cancel the gym membership I had. We have a gym in the basement of our condo building but it's lonely with no TVs and obviously-no classes (that I used to love at my old gym).

So, what do you all do to stay in shape and keep motivated!?!

Today, I am grateful for a fun day of errands-with my hubby, found a dress for an event coming up for cheap!, friends, family and God.

GET OFF YOUR FANNY AND GET BUSY!!!

If I can go from using a chemotherapy drug in May and June of 2008 to riding my bicycle across the USA (3343 miles) in Sept / Oct of 2008, YOU CAN GET THE MOTIVATION TO START EXERCISING AGAIN!

As a fellow cancer survivor, that should be an easy thing for you to achieve.

Being 3 days overdue w/ my 3rd child, I am the last person to look at to get into shape at the moment, but after both my kids, I did "The Firm" videos and always got back to my prepregnancy weight pretty quickly. They are REALLY tough though and if you are not in the habit of working out, I would do half of one or do it w/ no weights the first time. - Sara Clark
